Everything except those last few seconds I've seen. The dragging away from the wreckage is new to me as well as the voice there. Otherwise, nope, nothing new.
EDIT: Just for reference, what's different is I don't remember there being a voice at the end there on the surface or the image dragging away like that. Otherwise, the burning embers and the surface wreckage is old, as is the whole being dragging up thing. At least, this is the only ending I've ever had in my two full times through the game.
EDIT2: I just read the actual description on youtube, referencing that the new segment starts at 0:35. So yeah, new ending segment.

Yeah null, there wasn't a voice and dragging. WTB trusted community member to fire up Portal and see for ourselves.

its part of a new sub puzzle. lets just say the trusty little radios are now used to pick up special messages throughout the game and you have to find them all (PAIN IN THE ASS BY THE WAY)

I remember GlaDos saying that in one level. Very interesting.
