I'm pretty certain that this lawsuit will go nowhere and either be settled out of court for much, much less or be dropped/thrown-out in court. Jobs and et.al. already have been cleared of any wrongdoing by the SEC a month or so ago. If the SEC doesn't find anything worth suing for, you can bet your iPhone that the stockholder's lawsuit won't stand a chance.
