Actually yes, that was the idea.

Yeah web, I spent some time practicing solo for a while to try and get the timing down, as it's a lot harder to perform actions requiring precise timing when you're getting shot at.
Still working on it though.

This is a pretty decent video for the scoot. I dont agree with how much he pulls the bat out on certain classes, like the heavy and pyro. But it is a pretty video for learning the basics. But the cool thing about the scout is that you really have to put your own twist on it. Dodging is a huge part of it obviously, but the real fun comes when you can aim while dodging. Takes a lot of practice, but eventually youll be able to rape.

Having been a TFC player where the Scout's place was flag running and area capture, I really hate that they turned him into an attacking class in TF2.

You just said he wasnt. But i know what youre saying. I like the addition personally, but im sure that really good scouts in TFC could push people's faces in too, had someone played enough with the class.
