When I realized the binds weren't being received well I stopped, until I played m0lk's team hehe. I hoped this event would bring us all a bit closer and I think mission was accomplished so yea...

molk you have the wrong attitude. It has nothing to do with winning or loosing it all boils down to respect for your fellow player. There is no need to be an ass hat to the people who are there for fun. A simple gg will do. Get some fucking taste and civility. m0lk wrote: Honestly, if you can't handle the heat get out of the seat. Being all sweetheart to newbies isn't going to make them get pro. You misunderstood their intentions while at the lan. I can promise you not a single one of them have any wishes to go pro. They just want to have fun and enjoy a game with friends. For future references you need to show a little professionalism and respect and less insulting spams. Inside jokes are only funny to those in the in (and often only minimally then). We shouldn't have to deal with people wishing to quit from tournaments because of your behavior. Every tournament has a code of conduct that you must follow and I believe you crossed a line. I don't care how things are where ever you play. You need to remember one simple fact...you were at an event hosted by F7 Lans. Respect and civility is a must. Now if we could simply put this behind us and move on it would be great. There is no need for another thread to get locked/moved to the stink box. Just try to learn something and move on. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable LAN and well worth the 14 hours of driving.

You quoted me there, but I'm pretty sure whoever I was replying to got their post deleted. That or I can't find it, but someone mentioned something utterly stupid like "spamming binds at a noob won't encourage them to get better."
I'll explain my point again.
I'm having fun.
Some people aren't I guess?
My idea of fun =/= some other people's idea of fun.
In the end though, there shouldn't be a conflicting interest. It's all about fun right? If my fun stops you from having fun, then, stop letting it stop you. Just have fun.
Everyone.
Have fun !!

If ever, we only refer to ourselves as pro when making fun of someone that thinks they are good. If that is indeed what you are doing then bravo sir, you have just invented ur first bind! We are just competitive players... and please, PLEASE don't call xonar pro. It makes him really angry!!!! And for the record, I think that a healthy level of shit talking is a good thing. Pumps people up, ya know? I think the vulgar language binds were a bit much though...

We don't delete posts around here so whatever it is you are referring to must be in another thread. m0lk wrote: In the end though, there shouldn't be a conflicting interest. It's all about fun right? If my fun stops you from having fun, then, stop letting it stop you. Just have fun. You very clearly do not understand how people react to your actions. You can't just "have fun" when someone else is being derogatory and disrespectful for little or no reason.

Not everyone thinks this way and you need to understand and respect that. I do, and did, but don't come to a competition and be all surprised people are doing that imo. People getting pumped is a good thing, talking trash is normal, and being a good sport is also very important yay!!! Maybe don't take it so seriously... all in good fun and sport.
